Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between USD 25 and USD 50. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@balinebrand.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, all purchases are considered final and cannot be canceled. If you need to initiate a return, please refer to our return policy outlined above.

Important Notes:
- If customer is unhappy with their order, they are entitled to a refund but they must contact us directly and initiate a return. Not contacting us for a return is a violation of The Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974 which states customers must
make effort to resolve the dispute directly with the merchant before filing a dispute. - To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product should show no signs of use.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.
- All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
